Overview
A secure, role-based internal CRM platform built to streamline sales and operations workflows with CRUD workflows, RBAC access control, and reusable UI components.
The Problem
Teams needed a unified internal tool to streamline sales/operations workflows, improve data visibility, and reduce manual coordination.
What I Built
- Core CRUD workflows for key business entities (records, activities, follow-ups, notes, attachments)
- Authentication and role-based authorization (RBAC) controlling access by user role and team
- Search, filtering, and pagination patterns for large datasets
- Reusable UI components and form validation for consistency
- Backend API integration with error handling and optimistic updates
